ELiSS Cover

Welcome to ELiSS, Enhancing Learning and Teaching in the Social Sciences, and to Volume 2 Issue 1 on the theme of Internationalisation. The journal is supported by C-SAP, the Higher Education Academy Subject Network for Sociology, Anthropology, Politics. The mission of ELiSS is to provide a forum for pedagogic research within the social sciences, and to utilise the opportunities afforded by new technologies to present this research in new and innovative ways.

Registration for ELiSS is free, all you need to do is complete the registration form (link at the bottom of this page). You will then have access to view the full articles, download articles, submit papers. Submissions can be in traditional text format, images, or video, and there is a separate submission process for each.

Although ELiSS will normally be published twice a year in April and October, we are happy to receive submissions all year round. We welcome articles across the whole sphere of social science subjects and related fields (such as educational studies).

Call for Papers

We are happy to accept papers on a continual basis for consideration in future issues of ELiSS. We are also currently requesting papers for a special issue on "Teaching Sensitive Topics". For more information please see the call for papers section.

For more information about ELiSS or details on how to submit papers, please contact the journal administrator, Sara Milner.
